You will serve as the liaison between the implementation team and our clients as an Account Manager at CPM Benelux.  You'll make sure everything goes well and convert client demands into tangible, workable solutions.  You will be deeply involved in the operational process in this capacity.  You'll make suggestions, adjust fast, and make sure our team fulfills our commitments—and hopefully more.  Does it sound like you?  For further information, get in touch with us or apply right away!

A-brands like Red Bull, Samsung, Microsoft, Mars, and Stanley Black & Decker have us as their field marketing partner.  Every day, our field teams work at restaurants and retail establishments to increase sales, activation, and exposure.  This covers field sales, marketing, and merchandising.  We are customer-focused and results-driven.
How will you respond?
You will be in charge of the efficient and effective provision of our services in your role as Account Manager.  When required, you will work strategically, operationally, and advisoryly.  You will ensure that our clients' needs are met once they are known.
To make sure everything goes as planned, you will communicate with your clients, field service team or teams, and office coworkers on a daily basis.  You are the one that makes plans a reality, gets rid of roadblocks, and goes above and beyond.
Your primary responsibilities:
. Relationship administration and client guidance:
As the customer's point of contact, you should provide them clear, helpful advice and make sure that our services suit their needs.
. Coaching & Team Management:
The field team will be led by you and the Account Executive.  You will oversee, manage, and coach absences as well as growth conversations.
Hiring: 
Do you have any openings on your team?  After that, you'll actively participate in hiring, choosing, and orienting new staff members.
. KPIs and reporting:
You establish objectives, track developments, and report findings to the customer and other internal parties.
. Finance and budget:
You predict, oversee client budgets, and make sure that invoices are accurate and sent on schedule.
Who are you?
You're a person who enjoys finishing tasks.  You have a strong sense of duty, can keep an overview, and are inspired by interacting with customers.  Priorities, schedules, and people are all simple to manage.
Additionally, you have:
. experience working in an operational capacity, ideally as a field manager, project manager, or account manager in (field) sales, marketing, or service delivery.
. expertise as a people manager with a keen sense of business and client satisfaction.
. strong organizational and communication abilities.
. earned a certificate in advanced professional education.
. strong proficiency in both Dutch and English.
. familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (Powerpoint, Excel).
. residing in Randstad, with an office in Amstelveen.
We provide you with:
. A 40-hour-per-week contract;
. a gross monthly pay ranging from €3,650 to €5,050, assuming 40 hours per week;
. a personal budget of €750 per year (based on 40 hours), which you may use for anything you like, like training, sports, leisure, or charitable causes;
vehicle provided by the company with the opportunity to drive it privately (extra fee applies);
. instruction to help you grow as a person;
. 28 vacation days, including two days off and one day that you can choose to earn by working hard on CPM Social Day;
. WGA Hiaat insurance via Nationale Nederlanden and a solid pension plan;
