The Community of Conscious Investors
The Benelux platform for families and private investors interested in learning more about impact investment is called PYM (Pledge Your Money). We connect, educate, and motivate individuals who wish to utilize their resources to improve the world—with financial, ecological, and social benefits.
Today, as a stand-alone foundation, we serve about 2,500 current and prospective ethical investors. Twenty-three Trusted Partners, including family offices, funds, and banks that are enthusiastic about the impact ecosystem, assist us.
Your position at PYM:
Content and brand awareness:
. Telling stories about PYM, impact investing, and our extensive network.
. utilizing AI techniques to innovate communication, for instance.
. Managing our website and improving our internet presence
. Content production for social media, newsletters, and websites
. Taking a broader approach to social media than LinkedIn
Management of relationships:
. Our director's content support in communication with Trusted Partners
. discussing our partners' efforts and effects.
Communication about events:
. Take part in the planning of gatherings in Belgium and the Netherlands.
. Interaction with speakers and communication about events.
. assistance with event implementation, such as registration, guest relations, and production tasks
Who are you?
. You have knowledge of, or a deep connection to, finance, charity, and/or impact investment.
. a higher professional education (HBO) level of education and at least three years of relevant work experience (but we are also persuaded by skill and drive).
. In both Dutch and English, you write with clarity and inspiration.
. In a self-managing team, you are a self-starter who is autonomous, proactive, and innovative.
. You are accessible three or four days a week, with at least one of those days spent in the Amsterdam office.

. Monthly gross compensation of €2,800 to €3,300 (full-time, depending on experience)
