Who we are:
At Vandebron, we're revolutionizing the energy sector by deviating from the norm and promoting sustainability.  Our adventure started in 2014 when we launched Chapter 1, upending the industry with an open platform that linked customers with nearby green energy suppliers.
We are committed to guaranteeing 100% green energy supply, 100% of the time, in Chapter 2.  Consider smart solutions, such as efficient energy storage, smart EV charging, and flexible utilization of wind and solar farms.
We actively create a sustainable future rather than sitting around waiting.  Vandebron embodies positive energy and astute ideas.
Concerning the Role:
Are you a data whiz who is passionate about finding patterns that spur expansion?  To oversee our online and campaign monitoring initiatives and guarantee data quality across all platforms, Vandebron is seeking an online Analyst.  Converting complicated user behavior into workable methods that maximize conversion rates and increase revenue is more important than simply crunching data.
Building and maintaining performance dashboards that offer crucial insight for paid media optimization will be your responsibility as our Web Analyst, who will be the architect of our digital data ecosystem.  Working together with our sponsored Media, Commerce, Marketing, and Tech & Data departments, you will design predictive models, deploy tracking enhancements, and offer priceless insights into the attribution of sponsored channels.  In a fast-paced, scale-up setting, this is a rare chance to create a new feature from the ground up and influence Vandebron's web analytics future.
What You'll Do:
. Maintain data integrity across all of our technologies by owning and enhancing our online and campaign tracking frameworks.
. Work with our IT teams to create and coordinate the strategy for monitoring and labeling user behavior on our website, including clicks, scrolling, trips, and drop-off points.
. Create and manage reliable dashboards that monitor and display important performance indicators throughout the whole funnel.
. Analyze channel performance to provide actionable data for paid media optimization (e.g., ROAS, traffic share).
. Work together with stakeholders in eCommerce, marketing, and technology to deploy and validate new analytics capabilities, modeling configurations, and tracking enhancements.
. Develop, manage, and evaluate predictive models (such as customer segmentation, marketing mix modeling, and ROAS projections) in collaboration with stakeholders.
. Assist the team in understanding the proportional contributions of each source to overall business results by supporting choices regarding channel attribution modeling.
What we need from you:
. You are an expert in data analysis, proficient in SQL, Excel, and ideally Python or R. You can convert complicated information into understandable, useful insights.
. By creating eye-catching dashboards, you've mastered data visualization technologies like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
. You have a strong understanding of online tracking principles (GTM, cookies, custom events) and demonstrated expertise with digital analytics solutions, particularly GA4.
. You have a thorough understanding of marketing analytics, such as funnel analysis, attribution modeling, and key channel performance indicators. You also have some familiarity with digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta.
You grasp the fundamentals of tracking implementation and pixels for proper attribution, and you are acquainted with data warehouses (such as BigQuery and Snowflake).
. You have a data-driven approach, are a good problem-solver, and are constantly looking to optimize and improve.
. You are an excellent communicator and stakeholder manager who can connect technical information with business goals.
. You thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn digital workplace because you are proactive, inquisitive, and cooperative.
What can we provide?
. We provide you 30 paid days off annually so you may work toward our goal with plenty of energy.
. a bonus from the corporation depending on Vandebron's performance.
. Work overseas for no more than six weeks annually (four weeks in a row, including up to four weeks outside the EU).
. After three years of employment, employees are eligible for a three-month sabbatical (two unpaid and one compensated with vacations).
. Request an extra day for religious or personal festivities, special leave for important personal events, and volunteer work for SDG 11 or 13.
. An yearly learning allowance of €850 will help you develop both emotionally and professionally.
. Gain access to classes and programs for learning and development to dive into new talents.
. Make future plans with our third-tier pension plan.
. With a monthly €50 net reimbursement for your phone and wifi, you can stay connected without any hassles.
. a one-time net allowance of €200 to furnish our team members' homes with a cozy office.
. Find the ideal balance by dividing your time between your home and our carbon-neutral workplace in the center of Amsterdam.
. Savor organic meals made by our in-house chefs every day.
. Bring an NS business card for easy transportation if you live 10 km or more from the workplace.
. Investigate taking Dutch language classes to get fully immersed in the culture.
