What you'll be doing is this:
You will oversee the renewal of the WBSO (Funding for Subsidies for Pharmaceuticals) program for the pharmaceutical industry in your capacity as a Pharma Project Manager. Together with coworkers, stakeholders, and businesses, you will plan the transformation process. You will be actively involved in the content at the same time, evaluating grant applications and offering businesses advice on their research and development initiatives. This provides an excellent blend of cooperation, substance, and direction. You'll collaborate with a knowledgeable group, actively exchange ideas, and advance technology in the Netherlands.
Every year, the WBSO (Promotion of Research and Development Act) helps almost 20,000 businesses and fosters innovation. Your understanding of the pharmaceutical industry helps to ensure that the WBSO funding is utilized efficiently. You will engage with business owners, collaborate with them on ideas, and take prompt action as needed.
. The pharmaceutical industry's WBSO program is undergoing an upgrade. We'll be focusing on the following till January 1, 2027:
. a new evaluation line, unambiguous sector communication,
. applying the new strategy to all applications and including pertinent parties.
. Beginning on January 1, 2027, all applications will use the new methodology.
. This is what you are responsible for as a project manager.
How will you respond?
. directing and overseeing the pharmaceutical industry's transition process inside the WBSO system;
. setting up meetings for information and making sure that everything is communicated clearly;
. evaluating R&D initiatives and offering grant application advice;
. assisting consultants and business owners with their applications;
. visiting businesses to evaluate procedures and applications and offering guidance where required;
. In team meetings, talk about bottlenecks and provide fixes.
You can take part in additional RVO development initiatives in addition to your participation in this process.

You will receive an individual choice budget (IKB) in addition to your pay. The IKB is made up of time and money (16.5% of your total yearly wage). . You have at least a bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a similar medical discipline.
. You have worked in the pharmaceutical industry for at least five years, and you are aware of developments in the technical field.
. You are skilled at communicating with different stakeholders and have a wealth of project management expertise. You are skilled at keeping an eye on things and engaging others.
. You are able to write and speak simply and effectively. In an interview, you are able to effectively convey your evaluation in Dutch. Your résumé and cover letter will serve as examples.
