There is more to Textaafoam than just fabric.  For the benefit of our clients and one another, we make it happen.  Be prepared for what comes next!  In your role as Sales Support, you will serve as the vital liaison between the back office operations, sales, and customers.  From order to delivery, you'll make sure everything goes without a hitch.  Additionally, you won't be working alone in our state-of-the-art Tilburg facility; you'll be part of a close-knit team of ten colleagues in customer service.
How will you respond?
• You guarantee that everything is proper and organized on time by processing sales orders and quotes with accuracy and speed.
• As the initial point of contact, you independently and meticulously respond to consumer inquiries.
• You make sure that your consumers are favorably surprised by your service and keep them updated on their orders.
• To enhance procedures, you collaborate with colleagues in buying, logistics, and quality.
• Because you identify possibilities and take advantage of them, you proactively consider how we may operate more efficiently, effectively, and sustainably!
• You help safeguard tomorrow by contributing to topics like automation and sustainability.

Who are you? 
• You possess a higher professional education (HBO) or secondary vocational education (MBO+) level of work and thinking, ideally in an administrative or commercial setting.
• You speak English and Dutch, with German being a huge benefit.
• You have prior employment or internship experience in a back office, sales, or customer service area.
• You like collaborating with others and are outgoing, vivacious, and solution-focused.
