Machine Learning Week Europe 2025 will be held on 17–18 November 2025 in Berlin, Germany. 
It is a two‑day conference focused on the application of machine learning, predictive analytics, AI, and related technologies in business, industry, and government sectors.

Venue & Location

The event venue is the Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin at Karl‑Liebknecht-Str. 3, 10178 Berlin, Germany.
Discounted room rates are offered (including breakfast, WiFi, VAT, city tax) until a certain date or until the room block is sold out.

Schedule & Tracks

• The event begins each day with registration and breakfast, followed by opening remarks and keynote sessions. 
• There are three tracks of content:
    1. Case studies (across domains like finance, healthcare, industry)
    2. More business/industry case study tracks.
    3. Technical / deep dive / advanced sessions tackling methods, algorithms, systems 
• Topics covered include machine & deep learning, data & text mining, generative AI, agentic AI, AI governance, deployment, etc.
• On 18 November, the schedule also includes wrap‑up sessions, presentation of insights, and closing remarks. 
• After the main conference days, workshops / deep dive sessions are offered (on 19 November) for participants who want more hands‑on learning.

• The sessions typically run during 08:00 / 09:00 to 17:00 / 18:00 (CET / UTC+1) on both days.
• All times listed in the agenda are Central Europe Time (CET / UTC+1).
• The format includes keynote speeches, case studies, technical sessions, table discussions, and networking events.

Tickets & Registration

• Multiple ticket types are available:
    • Full conference (17–18 Nov) access ticket.
    • Conference + workshop ticket, which includes one full‑day workshop.
    • Workshop-only ticket (for attending just the workshop, without conference access)
• Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and exclude 19% VAT (for EU)
