Together with your team leader colleague, you will oversee about fifty workers in this role. 
As a member of the MT, you are in charge of the program's instructional organization, logistics, and the growth and caliber of education. 
You take care of team members' growth and provide a positive atmosphere for learning and working. 
You are in charge of several portfolios, serve as the first point of contact for a number of committees or initiatives, and represent the program in the field. 
In a healthcare environment that is always evolving, you support the Nursing cluster's strategic goals.
. You have earned a master's degree in the appropriate field.
. You are aware of the most recent advancements in nursing and the medical industry.
. You've worked in management for a long time, ideally in higher education.    
. You have the ability to influence the Nursing cluster's direction and strategy.
. You can provide highly educated professionals situational leadership because you are reflexive. 
. You have an eye for high-quality research and education, and you are able to see beyond the apparent.
. You have the ability to establish and uphold boundaries, communicate effectively, connect with others, and provide and receive criticism.
a monthly gross income of up to €7,207.59, scale 13, assuming full-time work.
A conveniently located office in Amsterdam.  Public transportation travel costs are completely paid.

The HBO-V program is available in Alkmaar and Amsterdam.  The curriculum is evolving quickly, and a new, individualized program with learning paths is being created.  You will direct the group of lecturers in Amsterdam and help shape its development alongside a partner team leader.  Within the Nursing cluster, the HBO-V program collaborates closely with the professorships and master's programs.  The program is housed in a brand-new, environmentally friendly structure in Amsterdam's Sluisbuurt district.
