The position: Manager of Key Accounts 
You will be in charge of overseeing and growing a portfolio of strategic clients in your role as Key Account Manager. Along with creating new business in both established and unexplored regions, you will collaborate closely with current clients to find growth prospects. Establishing trust and enduring connections is crucial in this client-facing position. 
Your Principal Duties: 
. Increase sales profitably for all of your clients. 
. Establish and preserve solid multilevel connections with important accounts. 
. Use WSS tools and databases to find and create new business prospects. 
. Work together with business development teams and technical sales managers to achieve common objectives. 
. To meet goals, plan and carry out quantifiable sales activity. 
. Utilize Power BI and Salesforce to monitor development and identify areas for expansion. 
. Assure proactive contract and credit management as well as correct CRM data. 
. Encourage teamwork and work closely with internal groups such as Technical Solutions, Port Service Engineers, and Customer Service. 
What We Are Seeking: 
. Proficiency in global business-to-business sales, preferably in technical or marine fields 
. An strategy that is customer-focused and has a strong commercial perspective 
. It is advantageous to have prior expertise in maritime or marine engineering (e.g., sailing experience, marine certification). 
. An assured negotiator with a proven track record of success 
. Being at ease working on your own and efficiently managing your time 
. fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or another language is advantageous.
