Your prospective career:
You will oversee and improve our ATS and CRM systems. Your keen analytical abilities and practical approach will guarantee that candidate and customer data is consistently enhanced, organized, and utilized efficiently. You'll streamline the application process, increase conversions, and strengthen customer connections by automating and improving procedures. Among your duties will be:
. organizing and maintaining client and applicant data in CRM and applicant tracking platforms like Bullhorn, Recruitee, Pipedrive, and HubSpot;
. enhancing the database with resources like Apollo.io, Instantly, or comparable AI programs to ensure that the data is constantly current and useful;
. actively gathering fresh data via external databases, social media, events, lead capture components, and website forms;
. establishing and overseeing data linkages to automatically synchronize and augment data across systems from different departments;
. establishing, overseeing, and enhancing automated processes for onboarding, cross-selling, and reactivation of customers and candidates;
. utilizing lead scoring techniques to efficiently nurture sales and recruitment efforts and qualify leads;
. evaluating the quality of the data and making necessary adjustments to guarantee correctness and usefulness;
. teaching coworkers how to properly utilize ATS and CRM platforms;
. Work together with the videographer, brand marketer, and performance marketer to maximize tactics and attain shared outcomes.
What we need from you?
. You possess a higher professional education (HBO) level of work and thought, ideally in the fields of commercial economics, marketing, or communication;
. You've worked with marketing automation technologies before.
. You've worked with ATS and CRM systems before;
. You are acquainted with data enrichment AI solutions like Apollo, Instantly, or comparable ones;
