This is what you're going to do:
You will serve as the liaison between our e-commerce, marketing, and customer relationship management business teams and IT development partners as a Project Manager in the Online Business Technology team. Through the effective management of creative initiatives including webshops, apps, CRM, and loyalty cards, you will endeavor to enhance and develop the e-commerce and marketing offering. In addition to working on issues like the online customer journey, business processes, order management, last-mile experience, customer care, CRM, and marketing automation, you will be in charge of the complete process from start to finish. Working with your project team, you will convert business requirements, ideas, and needs into a workable project scope and deliverables for (business) process and IT changes.
Within your projects, you'll be responsible for leading the project team and actively managing planning, budget, and quality, ensuring we always remain innovative and cost-effective online. You'll work in a highly dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues both domestically and internationally. You're a true connector and are able to manage shifting priorities across the various IT roadmaps, ensuring your deliverables are met. You'll also ensure a smooth handover to business owners and end users. You'll be able to motivate a diverse project team of specialists to achieve the set goals together.

This is you:
. You've finished at least one degree of higher professional education (HBO).
. You have at least seven years of experience working independently as a project manager in a commercial, fast-paced company on marketing, CRM, business development, and/or e-commerce projects.
. You have excellent communication and analysis skills, and you know how to inspire others.
. You have a clear end goal in mind when you plan and arrange.
. You are proactive, practical, and have no trouble switching between waterfall and agile project techniques.
. Additionally, you speak Dutch and English rather well.
