As a market analyst, you will be a major contributor to the field's advancement and a pivotal figure in market analysis and forecasting.  This entails enhancing data-driven working processes, enhancing prediction models, and expanding the policy application of market insights.
Drafting management papers, scenario studies, and decision-making documents are additional duties of the strategic market analyst.  How are you going to do this?  You decide that.  We depend on your ability to make the connections and discern between the primary and secondary difficulties.  You'll apply your skills to:
. ensuring a supported and unambiguous vision in the area of transportation and traffic forecasting. 
. Assure that predictions are used consistently throughout the business and that they provide the basis for tactical and strategic planning initiatives both inside and outside Schiphol. 
. drafting choices on traffic and transportation estimates that will be presented to the executive committee or management board.
. establishing a consistent outlook in Schiphol's forecasting field
. serving as the initial point of contact for forecasters and market analysts in their daily job. 
You will assist the manager in leading and growing the team in your capacity as a strategic market analyst.  You will be in charge of creating and keeping an eye on the strategic goals of both internal and external traffic and transportation forecasts.  As a senior representative of Schiphol in Airport Operations & Aviation Partnerships, you will speak with airlines and Schiphol internally about changes in the market.
Additionally, you'll learn more about how we can advance this subject and improve our ability to forecast the market.  Digital development and innovation are very important in this.
You're capable:

. 7–15 years of relevant job experience in forecasting, business analysis, market analysis, and handling different kinds of big data sets.
. Strong analytical abilities: you can convert dynamic external market events into solid, trustworthy, and policy-relevant traffic and transportation forecasts and projections. Examples of these developments include shifts in airline networks, pressure from global competition, geopolitical situations, or economic trends.
. a strong sense of independence, a keen political and administrative sense, and the capacity to promptly, effectively, and persuasively convey complicated issues to both internal and external stakeholders. 
. the capacity to direct the market study process's further professionalization.  Together with your management, you will be able to create a vision for this process while working autonomously.  
. Transitioning between tactical, strategic, and operational challenges is simple.  This enables you to help the team with routine inquiries and develop concise decision-making documents.
