Job Description:
Cloud engineers implement, troubleshoot, and finish projects related to cloud computing. They plan, create, and manage cloud-based systems, making sure that security policies are followed and data is saved effectively. They communicate with customers, offer cloud support, and formulate suggestions in accordance with customer requirements.
Accountability Area:
• Keeping an eye on, assessing, and maintaining policies and processes to protect databases, networks, internal information systems, and web-based security
Perform routine risk assessments and security evaluations.
• strong experience with cloud provider ecosystems such as Amazon AWS, as well as Linux and Windows operating systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS fundamental services, including deployment and management, automation technologies, network, compute, storage, and content delivery.
• Create and put into effect security guidelines and policies.
• Sturdy programming for micro services (AWS Lambda, Docker, etc.)
• Able to architect highly available systems that make use of load balancing, horizontal scalability, and high availability.
• Proficient in high level programming languages, including C++, C#, Java, Python, and Visual Basic; • Experience in designing, architecting, and programming applications.
• DevOps expertise and Work along with our DevOps team to make sure that build and deployment processes for cloud-based infrastructure, including Jenkins, Chef, Ansible, Docker, and other build and test automation tools, integrate security into the process.
• DevOps know-how and Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure that security is integrated into our development process building and deploying infrastructure with cloud deployment, build and test automation tools such as Jenkins, Chef, Ansible, Docker, and Others.
• Familiarity using AWS Cloud Services (EC2, DynamoDB, API Gateway, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Route 53, etc.)
•comprehension of contemporary technological sectors like cloud and mobility as well as complicated business contexts
• Gather and provide application and infrastructure engineering teams with operational metrics related to cyber security.
• act as an important technical security collaborator for engineering groups.
• Organize the security framework design specifications for cloud application services in collaboration with developers, cloud platform engineers, the company, and cloud service providers.
•Investigate new developments in cyber security, ascertain our technical and business needs, carry out technical assessments, and assist with the implementation of cyber security solutions.

Qualifications

• Between ten and fifteen years of experience in security engineering, design, and implementation. thorough understanding of network security monitoring tools, TCP/IP networking, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, secure engineering principles, and technical security testing; • Demonstrated experience working as a network security engineer or information security engineer. expertise in developing and managing security protocols. thorough understanding of the security standards, practices, and technologies in use today
