Employment: Full Time
This is a great chance with a major Software Solutions company that is well-known in the United Arab Emirates.
You would be responsible in
use PL/SQL to create and manage Oracle database applications.
• Using PL/SQL to design and create database structures, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Improving PL/SQL and SQL query performance to maximize database efficiency.
• Conducting trial runs of software applications
• Performing system analysis
• Reviewing programs
• Preparing workflow charts
• Correcting errors in programs
•• Worked with the requirement collecting team to use Oracle PL/SQL and Web API to construct the application in accordance with customer needs. • The application was developed utilizing the Agile Methodology.
• Maintaining existing packages, procedures.
Requirements:
Should have
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as Oracle Developer with excellent knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL, Installing, Configuring and Maintaining Oracle enterprise server 11g, 12c & 19c, Configuring databases for high availability, Standby database technologies, Data Guard
• Should be good in Performance Tuning., Configuring, scheduling & performing consistent, logical backups, RMAN backups Restoration; ensuring scheduled/unscheduled Backups are as per backup plan and performing the recovery when needed
• Solid familiarity with database synchronization, migrations and upgrades, performance monitoring, and instance and database tuning
• Possess a strong background in creating PL/SQL database applications, including packages, functions, procedures, triggers, complex SQL, knowledge of Oracle collections, object types, and solid SQL query tuning and plan comprehension.
• Proficiency in JAVA SCRIPT, C#, ASP Net, HTML, XML, reporting tools, and web-based PL/SQL programming with Oracle as the back end database
• Knowledge in oracle cloud technology.
• Proficiency in Dash boarding, ERP, and business domain is advantageous.
