       Client Information

           My client is a hospitality company that owns one of Abu Dhabi's most iconic locations. They are currently undergoing renovations, and their most recent project is expected to completely transform the luxury retail market in the area.

        Synopsis     

        This individual will report to the board and be accountable for;

        * Creating and carrying out pre-opening plans that include marketing, leasing, and operational scheduling. establishing operational standards, guidelines, and practices that support the goals of the business.

        * Overseeing a group in charge of leasing, locating, and acquiring high-end retail brands to expand the mall's inventory. With potential retailers, this person will establish and nurture solid connections while immediately attending to their wants and concerns.

        * Hiring, educating, and cultivating a group of knowledgeable and driven employees from a variety of disciplines, such as facilities management, leasing, marketing, and operations.

        * Serving as the main point of contact for all parties involved, such as the investors, the board of directors, and particularly the government. This entails delivering frequent updates and reports on the financial data, strategic initiatives, and performance of the mall.

        * Even if the project's construction is complete, this person will continue to communicate with important parties like vendors, contractors, and architects through internal consultants.
