Job Description:
An outline of the position
To oversee the store team and ensure that all tasks, policies, and procedures are completed within the bounds of "Store daily operations," in order to support the store manager in increasing sales. (sales; merchandising standards, customer service, store finance, store HR, store logistics; health & safety and security).In order to reach the predetermined financial and commercial store goals, maintain a high level of customer service, operate as profitably as feasible, and manage resources well.
What you will do:
1. Customer Service:
genuinely prioritizes the needs of the customer identifies and conveys customer goals and objectives while guaranteeing the best possible service and outcomes for clients; expresses a clear grasp of clients' demands; goes above and beyond what is called for.sets an example for other employees by focusing business strategy on providing excellent customer service and increasing happiness. ensures that the store staff places a high priority on "customer service" in all its forms and is constantly seeking methods to improve.
2. Store standards & Displays:
Ensure that all store teams are aware of and have access to escalation methods, and that every implementation, regardless of subject matter, is completed to the agreed-upon high standards at the shop level. develops and puts into practice all "retail basics," including "queue management," on-shelf availability, general store standards, transparent shelf edge pricing, and excellent customer service.
They will be in responsible of keeping the store's displays both aesthetically pleasing and practical, in addition to the Regional Visual Manager. Any new promotional activity requiring modifications to the display should be carefully planned and coordinated to ensure the least amount of disruption. is responsible for ensuring that the product is appropriately represented and supported in the display, and is always expected to respect the brand's identity by adhering to corporate display rules.
3. The availability of stocks:
To maintain inventory control company policies and adhere to scheduled delivery schedules in order to ensure the availability and security of items in the store. to discuss the product's assortment, quality, and ordering levels with the buyers and the operations manager and to offer feedback as required. complies with customer and business requirements by keeping proper in-store stock control through communication with the inventory team and support desk.

4. Deployment of Resources and Administration:

5. Human Resource Management:
With the assistance of the HRBP, the position holder will do recruitment responsibilities as needed. 6. Monitoring & Control:
Ultimately, it is the job holder's responsibility to ensure that the company's policies and procedures are followed through delegation and supervision. The job holder will be in charge of making sure that his teams incorporate self-checking into their regular practices. Achieve the company's objectives by promptly resolving plan deviations and conducting monthly performance reviews.
Together with the Regional Admin & Compliance Manager, make sure that Group & Business Administrative policies and procedures are implemented effectively. You should also maintain high operational store standards, processes, and systems that adhere to approved Group and Brand criteria. Maintaining and implementing appropriate management of all shop functions will help to ensure the smooth, well-organized running of the business as a whole. (Includes following each SOP to the letter).
7. Cooperation and Teamwork:
works closely with the regional team to ensure that the in-store presentation of the collection is as good as possible.
plays a vital role in working with the logistics manager to coordinate all activities pertaining to store and customer deliveries.
Carefully work with the inventory team to make sure that auto replenishment is operating and to routinely check for any issues with inventories not being delivered by the system in order to achieve the appropriate availability of the top lines in shops.
