Job Summary and Description:
Oversee and assist with daily IT operations, making sure that the organization's network, software, hardware, ERP/CRM, and cloud infrastructure all operate smoothly and securely. Boost system efficiency, automate processes, and provide actionable business insights by using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.
Principal Duties:
1. Administration & Support of ERP/CRM
. Maintain and operate the ERP/CRM systems to ensure optimum scalability, dependability, and performance.
. Offer first-line assistance with problems pertaining to ERP/CRM, such as system fault resolution, user access management, and troubleshooting.
. Work together with functional teams to align ERP/CRM modules with organizational procedures and integrate them with other business systems.
. Automate repetitive activities and conduct routine audits to ensure data integrity and correctness.
. Determine inefficiencies and suggest improvements to ERP/CRM by utilizing AI technologies for process automation, customer insights, and predictive analytics.
. To promote system acceptance and guarantee operational effectiveness, provide user training.
. Communicate with suppliers for patches, updates, and advanced technical assistance to guarantee that new features are implemented on time.
. Adopt and oversee cutting-edge security measures to protect private ERP/CRM information.
2. Troubleshooting & Technical Support
. Offer daily technical assistance for issues pertaining to software installation, networking, printers, and other IT-related concerns.
. To reduce downtime, quickly fix hardware, software, and network problems.
. For planned maintenance or issue escalation, work with suppliers under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
3. Administration of Networks
. For connectivity and security, keep an eye on and maintain the local network.
. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networking equipment, including routers and switches.
. To guarantee strong protection, administer and put into use firewalls, antivirus programs, and network security tools.
4. Installing Hardware and Software
. Install and update software programs while making sure that the right access rights and licenses are in place.
. Install and set up new software and hardware for staff systems.
5. Server & Data Management 
. To guarantee company continuity, conduct routine system and server backups and maintain server operations, including backup schedules, restoration, and data security upgrades.
6. Security & Cloud Management
. Oversee cloud-based systems to ensure data availability and safe storage.
. Work together with functional teams to deploy AI-powered cloud solutions that improve security, data processing, and communication.
7. Innovation & Integration of AI
. Find ways to use AI technologies in IT operations, such as workflow automation, predictive maintenance, and system monitoring.
. Improve ERP/CRM capabilities by implementing AI-driven analytics, which offer insights into inventory patterns, customer behavior, and business performance.
. Investigate and incorporate cybersecurity solutions driven by AI to improve the organization's security posture.
. Oversee AI-based proof-of-concept initiatives, making sure they integrate seamlessly with the current IT setup.
8. Inventory Control & Documentation
. Keep thorough records of your software inventories, licenses, IT assets, and ERP/CRM setups.
. To create an internal knowledge base, record technical fixes, troubleshooting procedures, and AI processes.
Qualifications: 
. Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, networking, and operating systems (Windows and Mac OS); 
. experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure), data backup programs, and server maintenance; 
. practical experience with AI tools or platforms (e.g., Power BI, TensorFlow, Microsoft AI Builder); 
. and a passion for using AI for operational excellence are required of the ideal candidate.
Preferred Skills:
. familiarity with AI-powered threat detection technologies and cybersecurity best practices.
. familiarity with virtualization technologies, including as Hyper-V and VMware.
. knowledge in SQL, database administration, and data visualization software.
