About the Role: 
Architectural elements are essential to our grouping of architectural design at Rugvista. We create all graphical content and marketing materials in-house to stay abreast of our clients' needs and the constantly shifting media landscape. In order to advance Rugvista's brand representation, we are currently seeking a Market Designer to become part of our brilliant Creative Team.
 Printed substances, animations, video resources, presentation, advertisements, and marketing collateral are just a few of the many projects you will work on in this position. You will have the exceptional chance to develop captivating, multi-format content that advances our company by fusing standard graphic art with motion graphics and multimedia storytelling. 
To make sure that all visual representation is in line with our brand's personality and corporate objectives, you will work closely with stakeholders in Brand & Content promotion and Performance Advertising as a member of the Creative Team. 
 

How you Make an Impact?
 Design and Animate Multi-Format Assets: 
Produce still and moving images for print, social media, digital advertising, packaging, and other platforms. 
 

Create Rugvista's Visual Identity:
 Assist in preserving and advancing our brand's representation across all platforms, making sure that the tone and style are constant. 
 

Create Marketing Campaigns:
 Work together with our Design Team to develop and produce eye-catching campaign materials, such as banners, animated films, and advertisements. 
 

Optimize for Performance: 
Create assets that are specifically suited to the demands of performance marketing, social media, and on-site content to guarantee high performance and audience relevance. 
 

Build and Improve Templates: 
To increase campaign production efficiency, develop and modify templates for recurrent materials. 
 

Serve as a Brand Ambassador: 
By establishing departmental alignment by educating and directing internal groups on the Rugvista physical brand.
 

 Be Ahead of Trends: 
To proactively integrate new methods and breakthroughs into your work, be abreast of the most recent advancements in marketing, animation, and design. 
 

What you Bring? 
An adaptable creative portfolio that includes samples of print and animation content and demonstrates proficiency in static and animated graphics for social media and advertising. 
Strong proficiency in design programs like Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects. 
Expertise in developing visual identities and branding, including producing materials for print and digital media. 
Expertise in layout, typography, and design systems with a keen eye for detail.
 Able to uphold high standards for creativity and visuals, paying close attention to audience, narrative, and context, and making sure that both creative and business needs are satisfied.
 Knowledge of multiple marketing channels, as well as how to modify designs and employ animation and video to interact with people in diverse settings. 
Experience creating audio, versioning, translating, and testing advertisements for performance marketing in international markets. 
A keen interest in and comprehension of recent advancements in the fields of media, communications, and technology, as well as AI's potential as a tool for production and creativity in design, animation, and moving graphics. 
An excellent communicator who can actively seek out, evaluate, and receive feedback to enhance the creative effort in subsequent iterations. 
Self-leadership with a spirit of cooperation and the capacity to oversee several projects in order to fulfil deadlines.
 Vivacious, impact-focused, and driven by a desire to grow personally.
 It is advantageous to have prior experience with raw footage editing and grading.
 It will be helpful to have prior e-commerce digital marketing experience. 
Proficient in English.
 Five or more years of work experience in a comparable position.
