The Customer Information Services department is responsible for the standard-compliant creation of all types of product information. We produce classic manuals, software interface texts, data sheets, graphics and videos, as well as intelligent information for systems and equipment and knowledge articles for our service. Group-wide translation management is also our responsibility.
The "Customer Information Services" department brings together digital solutions and real-life applications. If you want to take advantage of all the opportunities of digitalization in the area of Content & Media Engineering for yourself and SMA, then you've come to the right place!
Your contribution to the big picture:
Initiating and implementing cross-departmental projects (including with Development, Purchasing, Quality Management and external partners) in accordance with agreed quality, cost and deadline targets is part of your remit
You position projects within the division and in related departments
Qualified project reporting and monitoring and ensuring transparent reporting on project progress and results are your tasks
If required, you will support projects within the Customer Information Services division through your collaboration
Your skills are in demand:
Completed technical or commercial studies with a focus on project management or a comparable qualification
Practical experience in project management with a project management certification
Very good knowledge of German and English
It is advantageous to know different foreign languages.
Strong intercultural communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking and a high focus on quality and results
