 What you bring with you?
 You are incredibly passionate about performance and digital marketing. 
You did quite well on your Abitur, particularly in science and maths. 
You've finished your college degree in media, economics, or a related field, or you've completed vocational training. 
You have a very good comprehension of numbers. 
You also possess excellent mental and analytical abilities.
 You have a strong sense of commitment, are forceful, determined, and eager to work in a group.
 You are a proficient German speaker. 
You wish to familiarise yourself with various products and businesses.
 Your tasks include:
 We train you to be a performance manager.
 Our goal is a permanent position in our high-performance digital marketing team. 
 Display Advertising. 
Social Advertising.
 Email marketing. 
Campaign tracking and analysis.
 Competitive analysis. 
Agile project management in interdisciplinary teams.
