We are looking for a results-driven SaaS Sales Hunter for Sweden in order to bring in new business for our software-based SCALAR Fleet Management Solutions. If you're a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding objectives, we want you on our team.
What you can look forward to as Sales Executive SCALAR Fleet Management - Nordics (m/f/d):
Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking, to generate a high-quality lead pipeline.
Discovery: Conduct effective in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within the prospect or customer organization.
Opportunity Management: Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution, emphasizing benefits, added value, and customization. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead to close, including effective negotiations to secure profitable agreements.
Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the pipeline to ensure target achievement. Maintain up-to-date records within our CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings.
Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationships: Strong customer relationships to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with customer success.
Feedback: Share field insights for product improvement and marketing campaigns.
Your Profile as Sales Executive SCALAR Fleet Management - Nordics (m/f/d):
proven ability to sell solutions; ideally, the candidate has four to five years of experience in the industry.
Prior expertise with SaaS solutions and/or the transportation and logistics sector is not required, although it is undoubtedly beneficial.
bright personality with exceptional communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
tolerant, self-motivated, and fast to adapt to shifting consumer demands and product offerings.
It would be advantageous to speak a third Nordic language fluently in addition to Swedish and English.
