The Position:
You will play a key role in advancing our marketing communication initiatives for all Raketech products in your role as CRM and Marketing Automation Manager. Your main responsibility will be to assist product teams in creating and implementing their CRM plans using our marketing automation software, as well as facilitating the integration of other platforms to improve our engagement and outreach.
The following five pillars will be the main emphasis of your role:
. CRM Management: Assist in overseeing and refining CRM systems, guaranteeing smooth operation, and utilizing data insights to improve the efficacy of communications Automation Expertise: To increase engagement and conversions, implement and manage marketing automation workflows, such as email campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation. Support for Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the seamless and effective integration of new platforms and technologies into our current marketing automation software. Analytics and Reporting: Track, evaluate, and document the effectiveness of marketing automation initiatives and CRM communications, offering practical insights for ongoing enhancement.-* Collaboration and Training: Educate internal teams on how to use the marketing automation and its best practices.
As a manager of marketing automation and CRM, you must:
. In charge of overseeing the daily operations, upkeep, and optimization of Raketech's Marketing Automation platform (Braze), developing the products' overall CRM and Marketing Automation strategy in collaboration with important stakeholders.
. To increase revenue across all of Raketech's products, lead, support, advise, and execute innovative, data-driven Marketing Automation strategies and activities for Acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement, and Retention across all channels (email, SMS, websites, blogs, landing pages, lead forms, etc.).
. Encourage the creation and implementation of campaigns and, if feasible, teach internal stakeholders to be self-sufficient.
. Oversee and guarantee precise targeting and segmentation logic while creating dynamic content modules for scalability.
. Allow for customization and dynamic content in journeys according to the objectives and product vision of the product teams.
. Assist those working in various CRM-related roles with feedback, training, direction, and knowledge of business goals and requirements pertaining to campaign development, technological integration, and best practices.
. To help us grow and achieve traction, assess our internal marketing technology platforms and implement new tools and technologies.
. Collaborate with our data team to actively assist in resolving data issues and guarantee that the appropriate attribution system is in place to comprehend and impact our campaigns' conversion funnel route.
. Take charge of the Braze reporting and link it to the overall objectives and KPIs of the business.
. Collaborate with other groups to use every tool at your disposal to turn data into growth strategies that can be implemented for both acquisition and retention.
. To increase retention, customer happiness, conversion rate, and LTV, adopt a "testing mindset" and evaluate the outcomes.
. Act as the connection between Raketech and our third party MarTech suppliers to guarantee a solid working relationship coupled with the most financially feasible contracts for the company.
. a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a similar discipline.
. Demonstrated expertise (5+ years) in creating and implementing CRM communication plans in a multinational setting
. competence with CRM software and marketing automation systems (such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Braze).
. Excellent analytical abilities with the capacity to decipher data and extract useful insights.
. Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities to function well in a remote setting with a variety of teams and cultural backgrounds.
. self-starter having the motivation to accomplish goals.
. meticulous and passionate about remaining current with market developments and marketing automation best practices.
. English language proficiency is necessary.
. It is advantageous to have prior experience managing a small CRM and marketing automation team.
. preferably familiar with working in a fast-paced, remote setting.
