Yazen is a well-known Swedish digital healthcare company that focuses on treating obesity. Our care methodology includes lifestyle treatment, support for long-term change, and contemporary drugs.With over 170 workers, we are a dynamic business that is expanding. Our headquarters are located in Malmö, where we have a few seats at the Minc incubator near the central station, even though we operate remotely. We do business in a number of foreign countries in addition to Sweden, such as Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, and Norway.
Overview of the positionTo oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of our social media strategy, Yazen Health is looking for a strategic and innovative social media manager. Deep knowledge of digital marketing, storytelling, and brand development is necessary for this position. You also need to grasp how different social media platforms work, their algorithms, and the trends that are common on each site. The ideal applicant will be in charge of creating engaging content that supports Yazen Health's purpose and corporate objectives while educating, inspiring, and engaging our target audience.
innovative internal manufacturing team for global marketingYou will work directly with Yazen Health's Creative In-house Production Team as a driving force in the marketing division. This group concentrates on producing powerful content that advances corporate goals, enhances our brand's visibility, and appeals to a wide range of consumers.
Duties:
. creating and designing social media strategies: establishing objectives to raise brand exposure, boosting engagement, and designing and creating social media strategies.
. Working together, both inside and beyond the marketing department. Cooperating with the team of content managers and the creative lead to ensure optimal production and economical resource use
. Managing several social media platforms: Keeping an eye on the company's Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok accounts.
. Effective working practices: Create scalable processes and systems that facilitate the creation and dissemination of inexpensive, quick, and responsive content.
. developing and creating content entails creating strategies, developing content, and presenting them to the team for execution.
. Performance analysis: Work with the Growth department to assess the success of social media efforts by doing performance analysis, reporting findings, and making suggestions for enhancements.
. Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as goals for a specific quantity of likes or shares, and evaluating the campaign's effectiveness in relation to the KPIs
. Content scheduling includes using social media management tools and controlling content publication schedules.
. Campaigns for paid advertising: developing, overseeing, and refining the creatives for social media-based paid advertising campaigns.
. Market research and competition analysis: To keep the business or brand ahead of the curve, do market and competitor research and uncover the newest social media trends.
. Reputation management is the process of keeping an eye on and preserving a brand's or company's online image by responding to unfavorable remarks or reviews.
. Conversation on SoMe: Monitor and counsel on social media conversations to ensure a positive tone, more engagement, brand recognition, and eventually conversion.
Conditions:
. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
. five or more years of managerial experience, including recruiting, training, and inspiring a team of social media and content creators to reach their full potential;
. superior decision-making abilities with a track record of guiding and coordinating big, cross-functional teams;
. Excellent narrative abilities
. shown capacity to interact, establish a connection, and grow an audience across a variety of platforms;
. Excellent interpersonal skills; familiarity in collaborating with various teams to create and develop content;
. exceptional ability to write, speak, and create presentations;
. Strong attention to detail in both written and visual contexts, as well as a sense of urgency that never goes away. 
. Expertise in Adobe, Google, FIGMA, MIRO, and publishing systems, as well as project management tools like NOTION. 
. Extremely creative person with a passion for designing and executing disruptive programs that uplift brands.
