A talented and motivated Product Lead (m/f/d) is needed to join our team in the Commerce Business Unit. Working on intriguing initiatives in this position will include expanding our cloud-based infrastructure to accommodate our expanding online store's clientele.
You will be a member of a crucial team that assists our development teams in effectively managing their infrastructure as a Product Lead in Commerce DevOps. You will oversee the Commerce DevOps team, prioritize future requests, and spearhead the rollout of new services.
What you'll do: 
. Set priorities and oversee incoming requests while striking a balance between long-term planning and immediate implementation.
. Adopt an automation-first strategy, standardizing procedures and streamlining team operations.
. Oversee cost optimization, monitor cost variations, and make sure infrastructure tools like AWS are used effectively.
. Lead agile processes, such as sprint planning and stand-ups, to maintain team alignment and progress.
. Prioritize important activities and ensure strategy alignment by organizing and improving the project backlog.
. Use your technical knowledge of tools and systems (such as AWS and SQL) to assist with monitoring and decision-making.
. Establish a stimulating work environment that inspires groups and promotes ongoing development.
Who you are: 
. You have a solid grasp of agile approaches and at least five years of experience in technical project management or similar positions.
. Strong technical knowledge, as evidenced by prior experience with cloud platforms like AWS, SQL, APIs, and IT tools; 
. leadership abilities, including the ability to manage cross-functional teams and promote cooperation in an agile setting.
. proficient in both written and spoken English.
Good to have:
. familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, including cost optimization, infrastructure management, and deployments.
. Proficiency with scripting languages, such as Python and Bash, for work involving automation and system integration.
. E-commerce experience

The role requires weekly on-site work at our headquarters in Hamburg due to the impending tasks and obligations. We have so adopted a hybrid working paradigm that enables us to operate on-site Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
