Principal Duties:
. Create, put into practice, and refine language-specific and polyglot machine learning models for a variety of languages, with a particular emphasis on seq2seq models and classifiers.
. Create and improve solutions that use these models to address difficult text normalization and classification issues in text-to-speech scenarios.
. Work together with cross-functional teams to comprehend business needs and provide excellent outcomes.
. Research and keep abreast of the most recent developments in machine learning and natural language processing.
. Mentor and advise language specialists and junior engineers, offering technical leadership and encouraging an environment of lifelong learning.
Requirements:
. a master's or doctoral degree in computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a similar discipline.
. 4+ years of practical machine learning expertise, specializing on natural language processing.
. shown proficiency with transformers, seq2seq models, and other cutting-edge NLP structures.
. strong Python programming abilities and knowledge of machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or others.
. familiarity with and knowledge of the difficulties posed by multilingual NLP applications.
. strong grasp of statistical techniques, algorithms, and machine learning concepts.
. Outstanding critical and creative thinking abilities as well as problem-solving abilities.
. Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to function well in a cooperative team setting.
Preferred Requirements:
. knowledge of MLOps procedures and resources.
. text-to-speech experience.
. competence in a language other than English.
