In collaboration with Flow, a top technology business is seeking an Abu Dhabi-based Marketing Manager.
 Key aspects of the role include:
 Develop marketing strategies aligned to business objectives across different platforms. Oversee and keep an eye on the marketing communications department's overall operations and continuous development. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews of marketing and sales personnel. Examine the marketing and communications department's financial elements. Create and carry out effective seminars, conferences, and initiatives to increase brand recognition and lead generation. Evaluate the performance of the marketing campaigns. Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. 
Skills: 
You must fulfil the following requirements in order to succeed: 
Bachelor of Business Administration degrees and MBA in Marketing. four years or more of marketing experience in the ICT sector is required. extensive familiarity with brands, channels, and marketing tactics. imaginative thinker with excellent communication and leadership abilities. At the aforementioned venue, candidates must be accessible for in-person interviews.
