• Knowledge and understanding of USA health insurance guidelines especially Medicare
• Medicare posting is mandatory.
• Rehab
• Skilled nursing facility Posting
• Cash Posting
• ERA, EOBs
• Online portals
• Any experience with nethealth.com
• Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe
• Check each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with contract discount
• Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information
• Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
• Identify and bill secondary or tertiary insurances
• All accounts are to be reviewed for insurance or patient follow-up
• To communicate effectively with Team and Clients.
• To maintain the protocols and documentation of each performed task.
• Any other task as assigned by the management.

Requirement:

• Proficient in English speaking Excellent communication skills
• Experienced of Payment Poster/Medical Billing 2 Year or above
• Able to work from 6 PM-3AM ( Mon-Fri)
