To help build the future of sustainable mobility inside the Volvo Financial Services Global Headquarters, the company is looking for a Fleet Director. 
What you're going to do?
As Fleet Director, you will play a key part in a quickly expanding industry with plenty of chances for both professional and personal growth, while also being at the front of the electrification revolution.
The Fleet Director is in charge of monitoring all commercial vehicles, driver conduct, and associated resources to make sure that both are being used to their maximum capacity in a way that is both economical and safe. The position include managing fleet updates, productivity, uptime, customer satisfaction over time, and maintenance in addition to service delivery.
The VFS EaaS Fleet will be strategically overseen by the Fleet Director, who is responsible for surpassing customer expectations and achieving long-term business outcomes. A leader in this position must be able to Think Boldly, constantly question the status quo, and inspire change inside the company. The Fleet Director will collaborate with teams to find and apply LEAN best practices throughout the network in order to promote uniformity in our operations. By actively developing team members and other organizational leaders, the Fleet Director will also be instrumental in creating a strong talent pool.
Positional Duties:
. Utilize strategic leadership and innovation to propel and build the company, guaranteeing expansion and achievement.
. Take the lead with RCI (Rapid Continuous Improvement) techniques. Put lean logistics principles, A3 procedures, and visual management into practice.
. Oversee the administration, capital planning, and all operational financial elements.
. To find and stop service interruptions, consumer effects, and inefficiencies, compare mid- and long-term projections with capabilities.
. Develop and carry out plans for improving all aspects of the business, including management systems, asset management, and operations.
. Create High Performance Teams by using teamwork to solve problems in a variety of domains, including asset management and sales operations.
. Encourage a cooperative workplace by communicating honestly and persuading partners to take actions that will benefit the company as a whole. 
. Always question the existing quo and act as a motivating force for change inside the company.
Requirements for Competency
. thorough familiarity with the transportation sector.
. KPI-focused and data-driven decision-making.
. familiarity with asset management, fleet operations, expenses, and transportation networks.
. strong analytical abilities to promote cost effectiveness and operational enhancements.
. financial savvy, including ROIC, ROE, ROA, and P&L ownership. 
. knowledge in building and managing high-performance teams.
. Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to guide via participation and teamwork.
. Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities.
