Your Tasks: 
Management of all sales activities (specialist sales force channel) Strategic further development of sales management: sales targets, KPIs, bonus system, development review, territory setup, future sales profile, omni-channel sales Operational: management and further development of sales managers, in particular coaching in the management of medical sales managers, control of relevant KPIs, succession management, close cooperation with the back office team at HQ Hamburg, planning of sales meetings, budget planning and control Management of the Unna Academy interface Sales management of Unna events (especially resale of VAs (formats and content)) with the Medical Sales Managers, management of Unna FTEs with a focus on closer networking between Unna and Eucerin. On-site participation in Unna events organized by the Medical Sales Managers and their review with the aim of driving qualitative and strategic improvements. Strategic further development of the Unna Academy: optimization of communication structures between RG, consultants, Eucerin. Driving Eucerin-relevant sales topics into the neutral framework of the Unna Academy. Development of a future-oriented strategy on how management and links between the Unna Academy and Beiersdorf should be organized in-house in the future Network expansion to all relevant Unna stakeholders (committee, speaker, Unna heirs) Responsibility for the strategic project "Direct Business to Institute" Sales management of direct business: setting up and managing KPIs, error analyses and acute assistance. Obtaining analyses and feedback from institutions already selling in the form of store checks, qualitative interviews, call backs etc. Strategic further development of DB2I, competition monitoring, establishment of in and out sales concepts, focus: out sales (Catman, high-quality shelf concepts and promotions at the POS, sales training (train the trainer). Proactively leveraging synergies with the pharmacy sales force, trade marketing and training Operational implementation of the business case for the next 5 years. 
Your Profile: 
Completed studies in natural sciences At least 5 years of relevant sales and management experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical or dermocosmetics sector High willingness to travel (> 5 days / month) Excellent stakeholder management Strong customer orientation and outstanding leadership skills Conceptual thinking and strong analytical skills to make data-based decisions and deductions Change management and willingness to change things sustainably Strong entrepreneurial and strategic mindset Enjoy cross-functional collaboration.
