Your Tasks:
oversight of all sales operations (via a specialized sales force channel) Sales targets, KPIs, bonus structures, development reviews, territory setup, future sales profiles, and omni-channel sales are some of the strategic ways that sales management is being further developed. Operational: overseeing and developing sales managers, with a focus on coaching medical sales managers; controlling pertinent KPIs; managing succession; closely collaborating with the back office team at HQ Hamburg; organizing sales meetings; budget planning and oversight Control of the interface for Unna Academy management of Unna FTEs with an emphasis on improved networking between Unna and Eucerin, and sales management of Unna events (particularly resale of VAs (formats and content)) in conjunction with the Medical Sales Managers. Taking part in Unna activities that the Medical Sales Managers organize on-site and reviewing them with the goal of promoting strategic and tactical changes. The Unna Academy's strategic development involves optimizing communication systems among RG, consultants, and Eucerin. integrating sales-related Eucerin content into the Unna Academy's impartial structure. creation of a forward-thinking plan outlining internal management and connections between Beiersdorf and the Unna Academy in the future extending the network to include all pertinent Unna stakeholders (speaker, committee, and Unna heirs) Overseeing the strategic initiative "Direct Business to Institute" Direct business sales management includes error analysis, acute support, and the creation and maintenance of KPIs. Acquiring evaluations and input from organizations that are currently in business through callbacks, in-store inspections, qualitative interviews, etc. Strategically expanding DB2I, keeping an eye on the competition, creating in- and out-of-office concepts, concentrating on out-of-office sales (Catman), premium shelf concepts and POS promotions, and providing sales training (train the trainer). proactively utilizing trade marketing, training, and synergies with the pharmacy sales force to operationally implement the business case over the next five years.
Your Profile:
Completed coursework in the natural sciences a minimum of five years' experience in relevant sales and management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or dermocosmetics industries; a high level of willingness to travel (more than five days per month) Outstanding handling of stakeholders excellent customer focus and leadership abilities conceptual reasoning and robust analytical abilities to draw conclusions and make judgments based on evidence The ability to manage change and the desire to make long-lasting changes a very strategic and entrepreneurial mindset Take pleasure in working across functional boundaries.
