Position: LMS & Training Content Administrator
Location: Islamabad
We are looking for Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Content Administrator to join the existing Production Team. The role is to administrate the production of new training course content generally in the form of videos, correction and refreshment of existing courses using a bespoke well-established system. The courses will be set up and uploaded on our website through our bespoke LMS. Quality assurance is also part of the role.
Important: Please note that this position is not related to Content Writing, or any Content Management System. This role is specifically an admin job focused on managing training courses on our Human Focus Learning Management System (LMS).
Essential Skills:
· Excellent use of Windows or macOS
· Proficient in Microsoft tools especially PowerPoint
· Excellent Knowledge of English
· Great communication skills, both verbal and in writing
· Knowledge of Basic Video Editing (i.e. use of ScreenFlow) is desirable
· Attention to detail with good proofreading skills
· Time management and coordination skills
· Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
· Capable of quickly learning new skills
· Adjustable to system changes
· Teamwork driven attitude
· Proactive thinking and willing to learn and innovate new systems to improve team effectiveness
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing tasks and ensure timely delivery
· Quality assurance of team’s work to ensure tasks have been completed to standards
· System usability testing and end user experience testing
· Delivery of content material for our training library and website
· Attend weekly meetings with the Content Production team to evaluate progress and plan production
· Perform other related duties as assigned
