MTLA / BTA (m/f/d) in molecular endocrinology

Your tasks:
 Isolation of DNA and RNA from various materials (blood, FFPE, FNBs). Molecular genetic diagnostics in the field of molecular endocrinology, haematooncology and pharmacogenetics. 
Carrying out molecular genetic analyses (PCR, next-generation sequencing (NGS), MLPA) and genotyping using MALDI-TOF technology in the MassARRAY system. 
Evaluation, assessment and preliminary diagnosis of the tests carried out with final diagnosis by the head of the medical department.
 General technical laboratory work.

Qualification: BS Media Studies, BS CS, BS IT, and relevant subjects.

 

Job description

  • An energetic individual with Media, content creation & IT experience, and computer literate (MS Office & IT) to assist with routine tasks.
  • Assist the Media & Marketing Department with the daily operations w.r.t Social Media Management, content creation (graphical & videography)
  • Skilled with the management of social media pages, excellent command over editing/designing software (Adobe suite), along with IT experience handling equipment and procurements.

 

Location: APTMA Principal Office, Islamabad, Pakistan.
