Concerning the Team
Our company, Quadcode, is a fintech company that is at the forefront of financial brokerage operations and offers our global clients state-of-the-art financial products. We provide our primary product, an internal trading platform, as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) alternative for other brokers.
We have started one of the company's most ambitious projects, which presents a chance to tackle the most difficult problem in product design: developing a new design language and a unified design system for a sizable product ecosystem.
This might be one of the most challenging tasks in your career. We have a big quantity of old code and historically known solutions. You will need to do a detailed study of present solutions, help design a strategy for migrating to the new system, and discover compromises between ideal solutions and practical possibilities. Since not all teams will be prepared for changes right once and certain solutions will need to be adopted gradually, this journey will call for patience and diplomacy.

TEAM:
You will collaborate closely with developers and designers who have years of expertise producing intricate products. Your immediate supervisor will be the Head of Design, while the design technologist will provide extensive knowledge and assist you in comprehending intricate details.
We think that only by working together can the most challenging problems be resolved. As a result, we are used to talking openly about issues, exchanging stories, and helping one another. There will always be individuals around you who are willing to provide a hand, offer guidance, and share their experiences.
Responsibilities:
. Among the duties include helping with system scalability and information architecture.
. Participate actively on the component libraries and design token collecting.
. Maintain updates to the ever-expanding standards and documentation.
. assist in putting design tokens into practice on all platforms.
. Develop automation tools and microservices.
Requirements:
. Systems thinking and cross-functional team communication abilities are prerequisites.
. three or more years of frontend development or product design expertise.
. knowledge of the fundamentals of developing mobile and online platforms.
. Work with Figma, create tokens, and Git with assurance.
. technical documentation creation and maintenance experience.
. the capacity to strike a balance between technological capability and ideal design.
Nice to have:
. Experience with high-load B2B SaaS solutions is a nice to have.
. proficiency with headless design system architecture.
. knowledge of OpenGL's features and restrictions.
. familiarity with the Figma Plugin API.
. a strong desire to learn new technology.
