Overview of the Job:
To join our marketing team, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director or Manager of Demand Generation. In order to reach our audience, empower our content, improve brand awareness, create leads, and eventually increase revenue, this function is essential. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, adept in digital marketing strategies, and possess a strong ability to analyze market trends to execute high impact demand generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement a comprehensive demand creation plan consistent with the company’s strategic goals
. Oversee and execute on production and maintenance of content across multiple channels (blogs, social media, website, etc.), ensuring it matches with our brand voice and marketing goals
. Work together with the product and sales teams to implement focused campaigns that connect with our target market and generate leads.
.Work together with our partner ecosystem on lead generation, events, and joint marketing.
. Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to increase visibility and engagement.
. To continually enhance strategy and content, examine consumer data and market developments.
. Monitor and report campaign results, then use the information to improve subsequent marketing initiatives.
. Help with budget management and efficient resource allocation to optimize return on investment
Requirements:
. Five or more years of expertise in content marketing and demand creation, ideally in a start-up setting, with the ability to create, implement, and evaluate creative, goal-oriented demand programs and campaigns
.expertise in a variety of digital marketing platforms and tactics, including marketing automation, social media, SEO, PPC, ABM email marketing, and content marketing.
. thorough familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Webflow, Salesforce, SEMRush, etc.
.Experience advising, producing, and sharing relevant and engaging content—such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and other materials—to engage and attract new clients. exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
