Principal Duties:
. Create and convey a coherent, forward-thinking marketing plan that supports the long-term corporate goals of Vitrolife Groups and the Digital solution portfolio.
. Encourage the eWitness system (electronic witnessing system) and other associated digital goods in the IVF market to flourish globally.
. Create a value proposition, aggressive key messaging, and target-specific product positioning to set the digital portfolio apart from the competition.
. Collaborate closely with the product management team to incorporate market and customer feedback into the solution roadmaps.
. Gain a thorough understanding of the competitive market, trends, opportunities, and threats by conducting regular market research and working with opinion leaders and/or global advisory boards.
.The best marketing plans will be shaped by knowing the demands of the target group and identifying adoption hurdles specific to each market location.
. Oversee the commercialization and go-to-market strategy and carry out international product releases in collaboration with the product manager and local teams.
. Examine and improve the customer journey while maintaining a robust marketing mix.
. In charge of organizing and creating an optional marketing mix with a strong emphasis on digital marketing deliverables and tactics (web, email campaigns, webinars, and social media content).
. In order to assist product acceptance and market penetration, work together with the global marketing team, product managers, and the training and education team to develop sales tools, promotional materials, and customer training programs.
. Create, implement, and assess target-specific global strategies for the yearly marketing plan while maintaining coordination and cooperation with regional teams.
. Keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of marketing campaigns and make necessary strategy adjustments.
Who are you?
. an advanced degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.
. ten years or more of job experience in marketing, either locally or internationally.
. strong brand management and marketing background, ideally from the medical device sector.
. shown ability to create and implement effective marketing plans and initiatives.
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. exceptional ability to communicate both orally and in writing in English.
. Proficiency in business and finance, familiarity with overseeing marketing budgets, and the ability to monitor and evaluate sales data for use in marketing campaigns and launches.
. Excellent project management and leadership abilities, including the capacity to oversee several projects at once and lead cross-functional teams.
flexibility to spend around 15 to 20 days a year visiting clients and market regions.
