What You're Going to Do:
Working cross-functionally to improve our service offering and streamline procedures, you will be at the forefront of promoting commercial and operational excellence across our major accounts.  Working together with the operations, tech, product, and commercial teams, you will spearhead initiatives to streamline difficult problems and provide our merchants and their clients with an exceptional experience.
Among your duties will be:
. driving operational excellence and an unparalleled merchant experience in Sweden as the leader of the Merchant Success Team.
. using Instabee's advantages over rivals, proactively finding areas for development, and monitoring commercial and operational success through data analysis.
. Improving Instabee-merchant communication channels to shorten lead times and improve our product.
. forming alliances with merchants by attending important meetings to support customized, effective solutions and confirm improvement assumptions.
. assisting with new sales and implementations by organizing integration and operational setups to guarantee successful launches and by providing strategic insights during negotiations.
. providing data-driven analytics support to Key Account Managers (KAMs) so they can better service existing accounts.

Additional Information About You:
. a college degree in engineering, business, finance, or a similar discipline.
. two to five years of experience in growth management, commercial/operational excellence, or management consulting.
. Experience managing groups that have achieved success
. Excellent problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on lasting progress and significant fixes.
. Outstanding communication and presenting skills to motivate and persuade.
