Active Directory Domain Services, Domain Controllers, DNS, Group Policy Management, File Server, Hyper-V Manager, VM’s creation, settings and management including backups and replications
Be able to prepare/repair/replace laptops with Windows 10 and Linux Ubuntu/CentOS desktop installations with utility software
IT Helpdesk support capabilities with handling minor hardware accessories and software including network connectivity issues
Storage: NAS handling and management
NVR installation, configuration, maintenance and support with installation & configuration of monitoring HikVision/Dahua cameras for security & surveillance of office premises
VOIP – SIP IP Phones management for operations of Call Center
Maintain Inventory in Inventory Management Server – keeping full track of purchasing IT equipment, handing over to internal clients (colleagues), return and managing spares with IT store housekeeping
Be able to maintain local network cabling and tagging Ethernet Cat6 end to end cable points with capability to get network cabling work done from 3rd party vendors
Ability to work on tight deadlines and morning/night shifts as per roster
Excellent analytical and communication/soft skills are required.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as per Education (minimum BS CS, BS EE or BS Computer Engineering), Certifications & Trainings (CCNA and MCSE preferred)
