We are looking for someone who is energetic, open to accept challenge, love to work with a dynamic team and is not constrained by conventional practices and is able to think out of the box. Expert Business Support is responsible for independently executing PR, Receipting, Invoicing, Vendor compliance, and Reporting responsibilities.
The role reports directly to the Manager Business Support Team Finance and has 3 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 14 team members
What does Expert Business Support do
- PR creation, Receiving, Invoicing, Vendor Compliance, Reporting, etc
- Ensure quality of work & effective collaboration keeping in view service delivery mindset.
- Prioritize, plan, and execute the deliverables in timely manner
- Be responsible for performing necessary analytics to track statistics & identify opportunities for improvement
- Rethink the service delivery strategy & suggest improvements
- Execution of PR Fulfilment, receipting and other portal (GEMS, T360 etc) related activities according to agreed processes, with accuracy & timeliness for sustained business continuity
- To deliver key transformation and excellence project
- Ensure that voice of customer is heard with positive feedback about service quality
- To ensure skillset and cross functional knowledge is enhanced
