Position Summary

 

As Manager Platform Growth – Open Wallet, you will be responsible for driving growth and engagement on easypaisa Open Wallet. You will also be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with partners and aggregators for open Wallet.

 

Job responsibilities

 

  • Manage relationships with partners/merchants to drive business growth to drive engagement on platforms and revenue growth
  • Build trusted and strategic relationships with partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Promote new products or features that will have a positive impact on partner relationships
  • Build sustainable businesses and provide excellent user experience.
  • Experience developing partnership agreements and developing business relationships that impact company performance positively.
  • Track performance of the projects and product developments and prioritize the requirements in alignment with business objectives
  • Work with Product teams and Partners to conceptualize and execute growth hacking initiatives to drive the growth for the open wallet product
  • Reporting and monitoring of major KPIs. Track progress to those key results ensuring high throughput and a high performing environment
  • Deep-dives to point out areas of improvement essential for business growth
  • Forecasting subscribers, revenue, and other critical KPIs
  • Develop excellent working relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders especially the partners.

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ Years of relevant work experience
  • Building Collaborative Relationships
  • Managing Performance
  • Experience in growing digital products like marketplaces, mini apps, aggregators, Super Apps in a high paced start-up environment.
  • Experience in building and managing partner relations
  • Obsessive focus on building user centric products
  • Highly adaptable to quickly changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to manage cross-functional teams and cross-cultural stakeholders and strong grip on analytics.
  • Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to establish and maintain lasting partnerships
