Responsibilities:

• Continuous assessments should be performed and documented, including observation, physical examination, laboratory/test findings, and patient response to procedural intervention.
• To achieve optimal patient outcomes, participates in the identification and clarification of patient needs, as indicated by engagement in interdisciplinary care planning.
• Implements, reviews, and revises care plan as patient status changes.
• Coordination and documentation of appropriate discharge planning and referrals to maintain continuity of care following discharge.
• Shares knowledge with other members of the team and serves as a professional resource.
• Other Tasks Assigned by the HOD

Requirements & Skills:

• Post RN BScN / or General Nursing
• At least 03 Years of Relevant Experience
• ACLS and BLS Certified
• Specialization in ER / Peads
