Description:
• Founded in Australia, Sage Appliances is a member of the openly traded Breville Group, which has been creating superior compact kitchenware for ninety years. The in-house research unit located in Sydney is where product development is carried out.
• The products have been on sale in Germany and Austria since 1 April 2018. The official headquarters for Germany are in Krefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia.
• Do you have an excellent understanding of numbers, excellent MS Office skills and an extremely structured and organised way of working?
Your tasks:
• Support the European Commercial Controller in DE and the Finance Team in UK.
• You will work closely with the office in the UK and Germany.
• You take care of the setup and maintenance of trade agreements, price groups and customer (groups) in the ERP system.
• You control the advertising allowances and promotional expenses for Germany/Austria.
• The processing and approval/release of debit notes from various customers is part of your tasks.
• Office management of the Sage Appliances Office in Krefeld/Germany.
• You handle the distribution of incoming mail on a daily basis. Support with various projects and daily tasks.
• Organising meetings and handling other administrative tasks for the team.
• Support of the Sage Appliances Management.
• Support in the administration and reporting of WEEE, environmental and product compliance issues.

• European Commercial Controller / UK Finance Team.
• Management of Sage Appliances GmbH. Sales & Operations Planning Administrator.
• Key Account Manager/ Regional Head of Sales.
External:
Customers and authorities.
Your profile:
• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or have at least 2 years of experience in accounting/controlling in the sales segment.
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English (other foreign languages desirable).
• You are very familiar with the common MS Office applications - especially Excel and experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365).
• You round off your profile with an affinity for numbers, the ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a meticulous way of working.
• You are characterised by a hands-on mentality with a high degree of independence and personal responsibility. Analytical skills and structured work are among your strengths.
• Living in the immediate vicinity of the office in Krefeld would make sense, as at least 3 days presence in the office is desired.
