You will be collaborating closely with our Sales team, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations, and leading the cross-functional Enterprise Marketing team to success throughout the world.
Objectives:
. Account-based marketing for our top MarTech product, SplitMetrics Acquire, is a key component of this position and may be carried out in a variety of ways. . . Metrics like MQLs, ACV, CAC, and ARR are influenced by ABM, which is a component of enterprise marketing. We operate using quarterly OKRs, and a major outcome can be linked to pipeline velocity or the desired level of account involvement.
What you will be doing:
. Lead the development and implementation of your business line's marketing strategy, including market research, budgeting, and resource allocation in the most profitable manner;
. translate the strategy into an actionable plan with clear steps, timelines, goals, and ownerships;
. create initiatives that appeal to the target audience, guaranteeing target account engagement and pipeline generation;
. establish quarterly team objectives and key results (OKRs) to gauge success and keep alignment with business priorities;
. engage in industry events and lead conversations on a regular basis to gain a thorough understanding of our target market; cultivate close cooperation with Sales to assure alignment and promote shared accountability for accomplishing business objectives.

About you:
. I have over three years of experience managing cross-functional teams and leading marketing jobs.

. strong history of planning, carrying out, and overseeing ABM initiatives.
