About the job: 
The Lund site's hands-on, on-site IT support specialist will be the IT On-site Support Specialist. You will also help out on our site in Staffanstorp when needed. You will help and support users on local site, and act as the local extension to our central IT organization. 
Key tasks include: 
Provide on-site support on a variety of devices, systems and technologies. Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues. Hardware and software installation and configuration for PCs and clients. Handle hardware recycling and deliveries in accordance with Alfa Laval procedures and guidelines. Work together with the global service desk and other central IT teams to resolve tickets and issues. Produce and update excellent knowledge articles and other pertinent documentation. Respect the IT support rules and procedures of Alfa Laval. Make sure that central policies are followed while handling switches, patch panels, and cabinets. assistance with digital tools and technology linked to meeting rooms at the location, as well as helping to set up virtual conferences. Participate in small local projects. Ad hoc assignments. This position is accountable to Alfa Laval Technologies AB's (site Lund) site IT on-site support manager. Who you are: 
We think you are an inquisitive individual who enjoys interacting with end users. You accept responsibility and have a servant mentality. You manage and complete your work with attention to quality in a timely manner. You speak English and Swedish with ease, and you have at least two years of prior experience providing IT-related help. Meritorious knowledge: Exchange administration center experience; familiarity with Microsoft Teams rooms.
