The area of responsibility includes the cities of Münster, Bielefeld, Duisburg and Essen. 
Your tasks: 
- Establishment and further development of resilient partnerships through personal exchange of information as a regional contact person for strategically relevant, medical-scientific issues - Continuous market observation, recognition of network structures and proactive acquisition and collection of strategically relevant information - Identification and recruitment of qualified external experts (KEEs) and networks as cooperation partners - Indication and product-related presentation and moderation activities for external training courses - Supporting medical speakers in the preparation and delivery of presentations - Organization and implementation of regional expert meetings (REM) incl. budgeting - Supporting the implementation of clinical studies in collaboration and coordination with Clinical Operations - Placement and supervision of non-interventional studies (NIS) - Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS): Supervision and support of trial centers in the approval process and during the course of the IIS - Independent study of literature for further training and early familiarization with new indications - Independent preparation of scientific presentations for internal and external training courses - Participation in congresses and symposia, including the preparation of congress reports and medical stand-up support - Participation in general conferences, regional conferences and MSL meetings - Conducting field sales training courses and training sessions in consultation with the Commercial Director/National Sales Lead and the training department. - Planning visits to the area of operation in accordance with area-specific requirements, documentation of contacts and other administrative tasks. - Continuous market observation, recognition of network structures and active acquisition of strategically relevant information. - Cross-departmental support for internal key stakeholders such as Training, Marketing, Sales, Market Access and Medical Affairs. - Adherence to internal SOPs, compliance and data protection guidelines and other legal requirements. 
Your profile: 
- Completed degree in natural sciences, medicine or social sciences with a focus on education or psychology or equivalent qualification. Additional training in the areas of training and coaching as well as change management would be an advantage. - Several years of experience in pharmaceutical sales are desirable. - Ability to summarize complex interrelationships in a generally understandable way and a pronounced enthusiasm for dealing with behavioral science issues. - Independent study of the relevant technical literature, summarizing and integrating it into training concepts. - Sound experience in the areas of group moderation (presentation skills, rhetoric and didactics) and the design and implementation of training concepts. - Willingness to travel. - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and MS Projects). - Very good written and spoken English skills for communication in an international environment.
