Job Opportunity: Embedded Systems Engineer (BLE & LTE Expertise)
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Embedded Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and LTE modules, with hands-on experience using Nordic Semiconductor's nRF52840 chipset and LTE integration. This role requires proficiency in embedded C/C++ programming and a deep understanding of embedded systems design and development. The successful candidate will work on cutting-edge embedded technologies, optimizing firmware, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless hardware-software integration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, debug, and optimize BLE firmware for nRF52840 chipset on Cortex-M4-based systems.
- Work with LTE modules, integrating hardware, troubleshooting communication protocols, and ensuring smooth cellular connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration of hardware and software in embedded systems.
- Optimize embedded software for memory and storage constraints (e.g., 1028KB and 256KB flash sizes).
- Perform firmware development and debugging using embedded C/C++, ensuring efficient and reliable embedded systems.
- Work with real-time operating systems (RTOS) for embedded platforms as needed.
- Maintain and manage version control using Git, and contribute to higher-level system integration with Node.js/JavaScript when applicable.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Nordic Semiconductor BLE modules, specifically the nRF52840 chipset.
- Proven experience in integrating and working with LTE modules, including hardware interfacing and communication protocols.
- Strong knowledge of Cortex-M4 architecture and embedded C/C++ programming for firmware development.
- Expertise in firmware debugging and optimizing embedded software.
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) for embedded platforms.
- Understanding of memory and storage constraints, especially with flash sizes (1028KB and 256KB).
- Experience with Node.js/JavaScript for higher-level software integrations (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
