Your Impact:
 In addition to being essential to boosting product uptake and usage and lowering client cancellations, Client Solutions Associates are also at the heart of FactSet's value offering. Establishing product-based workflows will encourage high user adoption, facilitate seamless user onboarding with the provision of appropriate training, and foster deep client relationships through the development of client-focused processes and solutions. Associates function as a client advocate to Product Development by gathering insightful input on products. By offering outstanding customer service, you establish yourself as a reliable resource for your clients on FactSet and contribute to maintaining FactSet's stellar reputation for first-rate client assistance. 
What You’ll Do? 
You will create personal relationships with financial sector professionals through one-on-one engagement, gain insight into their processes, and come up with innovative ideas to enhance their research and analysis. After completing the course, you will be able to integrate your knowledge of technology, finance, and the FactSet system to. In order to develop solutions utilising FactSet products, collaborate with clients to comprehend their investment and business processes. 
Assist with FactSet applications and develop unique FactSet screens, models, and automated procedures. Arrange and oversee product trainings at training seminars and in client offices. With their work with different clients and growing financial market knowledge, Client Solutions Associates develop into adaptable entrepreneurs. They don't offer financial guidance or handle management consulting tasks. 
What We’re Looking For? 
Strong interests in finance and/or fintech, a client-centric mentality, and a willingness to work across departments to develop original and creative solutions are characteristics of client solutions associates. 
Other Experience:
 Expertise or a willingness to work with clients in a support capacity. 
Ability to pick up and use new technologies with ease. 
Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking. 
Proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language and English. 
The capacity to form bonds and collaborate in groups. 
Strong ability to analyse and solve problems. 
Strong Excel abilities and Microsoft Office understanding. 
October 2024: Bachelor's degree awarded.
