Office & Culture Coordinator:
In order to oversee office operations and cultivate a dynamic workplace culture, the Office Operations & Cultures Coordinator is crucial. This position include setting up meetings, managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance, as well as keeping the office tidy. The Coordinator, who reports to HR, manages onboarding, responds to employee enquiries, and coordinates with facility service providers. Along with assisting initiatives pertaining to hiring and culture, they also organise business events and team-building exercises. In the end, this job guarantees a productive, enjoyable workplace.

What You’ll Do?
Act as the point person for all office manager responsibilities, such as upkeep, mail, supplies, equipment, bills, running errands, and shopping.
Set up appointments and meetings.
Arrange the workspace and place orders for supplies and equipment.
As needed, collaborate with the HR head to maintain and amend general and office policies.
Arrange office processes and activities.
Organise all office equipment in coordination with the IT department.
Oversee the office's G&A budget and make sure that bills are accurate and paid on schedule.
Oversee contract and pricing talks with service providers, office leases, and office vendors.
Assist guests in general.
Take charge of the offboarding and onboarding procedures.
Organise company conferences, kick-offs, content days, celebrations, and after-work parties, both on and off-site.
HR with hiring and recruitment procedures.
Arrange team-building exercises while occasionally attending to business concerns.
Assist HR with a range of initiatives, including workshops on legal issues, workplace culture, and other subjects. Assist the office with forthcoming projects, such as boot camps and school visits.
Who you are?
Experience working as a junior HR representative, administrative assistant, receptionist, office manager, or event planner.
Familiarity with the duties, protocols, and systems of an office administrator.
Proficiency with the Google suite and Microsoft Office.
Outstanding multitasking, prioritisation, and time management abilities.
Innovative problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
Excellent planning and organising abilities in a hectic setting.
Competent in organising and project management.
Having a high school degree and further training as a secretary or administrative assistant will be advantageous.
You speak English well. You can work on specified goals on your own with little direction.
A can-do attitude that is open to learning and trying new things is something you can bring in.
