The chance
The Corporate Learning section of Harvard Business Publishing caters to businesses that see leadership development as a means of gaining a competitive edge. The Corporate Learning (CL) team specializes in developing dynamic, rich learning experiences that cultivate leaders who make wise choices at pivotal points to influence the destiny of their businesses.
By managing internal communications, organizing marketing materials, supervising client stories, maintaining internal platforms, and helping with product launches and website upgrades, the marketing specialist will offer crucial support.
What you're going to do:
. Strategy for Product Marketing Execution: During go-to-market initiatives, offer logistical support to ensure seamless cross-channel execution.
. Product Performance Monitoring: Support go-to-market and product enhancement initiatives by tracking and analyzing product marketing performance data.
. Sales Enablement Materials: Assist with the creation of product collateral, such as presentations, battle cards, and one-pagers, to provide the sales force essential message and a competitive edge.
. Organize internal marketing communications to important stakeholders, making sure that every team is aware of impending campaigns, new product releases, and significant projects.
. External Marketing Communications: Supporting, organizing, and carrying out client newsletters.
. Marketing Calendar Management: To guarantee team alignment, keep track of important events, campaigns, and deadlines while updating and maintaining the marketing calendar.
. In order to guarantee the prompt creation and delivery of marketing materials, serve as the point of contact between the marketing team and the creative/design team.
. Internal Platform Oversight: Assume responsibility for the marketing team's internal pages on the business intranet, making sure that there are regular changes, pertinent content, and smooth departmental communication.
. Coordination of Client Advisory Groups: Assist with organizing our client advisory group meetings, including gathering input for the leadership and marketing departments.
. Administration of Client Stories: Oversee the project management and administration of written and video client stories, making sure that they are promptly filmed, edited, and released. Collaborate with fellow team members to guarantee that stories are shared on pertinent social media platforms.
. Help with maintaining the corporate website by making sure the information is up to date, pertinent, and marketing campaign-optimized.
. Encouragement Cross-functional Collaboration: Assist many departments in coordinating marketing initiatives with organizational objectives and guaranteeing seamless project implementation among teams.
. You will provide one to three years of marketing coordination expertise, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
. knowledgeable in CRMs, marketing automation, and account-based marketing solutions; proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
familiarity with intranet or internet page maintenance and content management systems (CMS). the capacity to oversee several tasks and due dates in a hectic setting.

Between $55,000 and $65,000
The yearly salary range for this role is shown above. Additionally, this role offers the chance to participate in our yearly Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Individual knowledge, abilities, experience, geography, internal equity, and external benchmark market data will all be taken into consideration when determining the actual compensation.
