The Possibility
As the director of digital marketing at Validation Cloud, you will lead creative, data-driven strategies that reimagine how we communicate with institutional and developer audiences. You will be responsible for developing and executing bold, asymmetric digital campaigns that boost our brand's exposure across several channels and have a measurable impact on the blockchain sector.
This goes beyond conventional marketing; it requires the use of data, comprehension of digital engagement, and use of innovative tactics in order to achieve scalable growth. Together with Sales and Business Development, you will develop tactics that promote user acquisition and results that are driven by performance. As a leader, you will head a successful group of digital marketers and promote creativity, experimentation, and operational excellence.
Principal Duties
. Development of Digital Strategies: Develop and implement all-encompassing digital marketing plans to expand and interact with audiences on important channels such as Discord, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
. material & Campaign Creation: Create shareable, high-impact material (posts, videos, graphics) specifically for Web3 audiences, emphasizing digital reach and interaction.
. Performance marketing: To increase conversions and user acquisition, run sponsored ads on digital and social media platforms.
. Optimization & Testing: To maximize digital marketing performance and engagement metrics, use A/B and multivariate testing.
Data-Driven Insights: 
. Examine and document digital KPIs (CTR, ROI, impressions, and conversion rates), and adjust tactics to guarantee ongoing progress.
. Audience Insights & Trends: Keep an eye on audience behavior and Web3 industry trends to develop focused campaigns and predict changes in the digital environment.
Concerning You
. over seven years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on multi-channel strategies including social media, email, paid advertising, and SEO. 
. Proven ability to measure KPIs, optimize marketing, and create plans utilizing data and analytics.
. proficiency in creating experiments and A/B testing to raise performance and engagement indicators.
.ability to create targeted advertisements using an understanding of Web3 audiences and platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Discord. 
. Excellent leadership abilities with background in departmental collaboration and team mentorship. 
. the capacity to produce quantifiable outcomes by striking a balance between strategic thought and artistic vision. 
. ability to easily adjust to changes in creative, fast-paced settings. 
. enthusiasm for pushing limits and finding fresh possibilities in online interaction.
