About Company:
Job Purpose:
Selling food items that are on display, managing counter operations, and making sure all orders are processed and delivered on schedule are the duties of the Counter Sales Associate.

 


Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in clients while maintaining established protocols and offering top-notch service via product expertise.
Process waiter orders, organise them in accordance with service guidelines, and make sure that clients receive their food on time within the allotted serving times.
Daily orders are received, items are inspected for compliance with order specifications, placed in the container of the fridge, and regular restocking is carried out while maintaining standards for presentation and sanitation.
Engage in carrying out opening and closing tasks in accordance with internal policies and standards.
Keep track of and submit all documentation, such as waste forms, tasting panels, and daily training logs. Notify the manager right away of any grievances or problems with operations.
Accept and handle cash payments in line with approved policies, particularly exchangers and money transactions.
Place orders for the necessary goods after consulting with the appropriate parties.
Receive and prepare takeout orders, making sure they are wrapped in accordance with standards, and fulfilling any special requests that patrons may have.
As part of keeping a good handover procedure recorded in the log book, make sure the team is informed of all operational facts in a clear and concise manner.
Use hygienic measures like the "Cleaned as you go" strategy and routinely sanitise the counter display to maintain a clean environment.
Complete the monthly inventory of all consumables, or disposables.



Skills:
Language & Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Language English fluency.

Completion of high school.

Experience:
0–1 years of experience working in customer service or a related position.
