With a focus on MacBooks manufactured by Apple and other electronic gadgets, YesAgain is a world leader in environmentally friendly technology restoration. We support e-commerce enterprises in the UK and France by producing over 10,000 reconditioned laptops each month from our factory in the Sharjah Airport Free Zone. Our goal is to establish industry standards for efficiency and quality by fusing sustainability with operational excellence.

Role Overview:
Through the refurbishment process, the factory manager will supervise every aspect of manufacturing and stock movement, guaranteeing smooth workflows and deadline adherence. Strong organisational, leadership, and planning abilities are required for the position in order to reach production targets and preserve operational effectiveness. The ideal applicant will guarantee that all deadlines are fulfilled, production procedures are carried out without hiccups, and inventories and equipment are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Production Oversight:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of every production activity, from receiving items to assembling them.
• Make sure that the monthly production goals of 10,000+ laptops are fulfilled within the allotted period.
• Keep an eye on and streamline processes in every sector, including final quality control, screen repairs, cosmetic repairs, and technical repairs.

• Stock Movement Management:
• Keep an eye on the flow of inventory during the renovation process, making sure that tracking and reporting are accurate.
In order to effectively assign laptops to the relevant departments depending on their condition and necessary tasks, collaborate with the Goods-In team.
• Assure prompt delivery of the components and supplies required for continuous production.

• Planning and Scheduling:
• Create and carry out production plans to guarantee efficient operations and the best possible use of available resources.
• To ensure efficiency, plan production activities and delegate work to team leads and supervisors.
• To prevent delays, anticipate possible bottlenecks and take proactive measures to address them.

• Process Optimization:
Analyse production procedures on a regular basis to pinpoint areas that need improvement.
• Put plans into action to improve productivity, cut waste, and satisfy quality requirements.
• Work together with the daily activities manager to match production activities to the overarching objectives of the business.

• Team Leadership:
• Oversee and direct production teams in several divisions, encouraging a cooperative and effective work atmosphere.
• Hold frequent training sessions to guarantee team members have the requisite abilities and understanding.
• Track team performance and offer helpful criticism to promote progress.

• Quality Assurance:
• Verify that every production output satisfies the exacting quality requirements set by YesAgain.
• To reduce flaws and deal with persistent problems, collaborate extensively with the quality assurance team.

• Reporting and Communication:
• Create and deliver reports on output from production, inventory movement, and key indicators of success (KPIs) on every day, every week, and every month.
• Keep the CEO, COO, and operations manager informed about developments and difficulties through frequent communication.
• Keep up good lines of communication about order fulfilment and stock status with the French and UK teams.

• Compliance and Safety:
• Assure compliance with environmental sustainability guidelines and occupational safety laws.
• Keep the production space neat, orderly, and risk-free.

Qualifications and Skills:
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, production management, or a similar discipline.
• Five years or more of production management experience, ideally in manufacturing, renovation, or a related field.
• Excellent planning and organising abilities, as well as the capacity to oversee several projects at once.
• Knowledge of production planning software and tools, such as ERP systems and Airtable.
• Demonstrated abilities in team management and leadership.
• Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and background in cross-border and cross-functional teamwork.
