About the role:
. We are searching for a creative and experienced Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our specialized Data&AI team. You will get access to massive data sets and a chance to design novel ML solutions at the global level.
Our stack of technological tools:
. Our ML code is written in Python.
. For experiments and data versioning, we utilize MLflow and DVC;
. We use PostgreSQL and BigQuery for data warehousing;
. We utilize orchestration technologies such as Airflow and Kubernetes for scheduling machine learning workflows.
What you're going to do: 
. Oversee a group of data scientists and senior engineers;
. Create and implement fresh algorithms for machine learning;
. Examine the effectiveness of the available machine learning solutions and pinpoint areas for improvement;
. Improve delivery procedures on a constant basis. This entails locating bottlenecks, eliminating roadblocks, and streamlining the group's operations;
. Provide technical leadership, helping to enhance the quality of work throughout the team;
. Work together across functional boundaries to exchange insights and direct product development.
About you: 
. five or more years of expertise in machine learning engineering or data science, with at least one year spent in a leadership position;
. profound knowledge of optimization techniques and machine learning algorithms;
. strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python;
. knowledge of Agile concepts and expertise as a Scrum Master;
. practical understanding of implementing machine learning models from research to deployment.
